We show you how to format text, work with margins and spacing, insert images, and save and share your files with confidence. From there, we move into Excel data management, teaching you how to organize information in clear tables, use simple formulas, and create charts so you can track budgets, attendance, inventory, or grades without feeling overwhelmed by numbers.
Next, you build PowerPoint presentation skills so you can stand in front of a classroom, staff meeting, or ministry gathering knowing your slides look sharp. You learn how to combine text, images, and charts, apply layouts, and keep your message clear and engaging. In Outlook, we focus on practical email management-handling inbox clutter, setting up folders, creating a professional signature, and using calendars and contacts to stay on top of appointments and deadlines.
Because so many teams now work online, we also cover Microsoft Teams collaboration tools. You practice joining meetings, sharing your screen, chatting with classmates or coworkers, and organizing shared files so group work becomes easier instead of stressful.
