Artificial Intelligence For Teens & Keyboard Masters is designed for ages 13-17 who are ready to move from simply using apps to understanding the intelligence behind them. We help teens turn their curiosity about AI into practical skills they can use in school projects, early career exploration, and creative work.
Through live, interactive sessions, students dig into AI fundamentals: how intelligent computers are designed, where AI shows up in everyday life, and how it is changing fields like healthcare, music, and business. We explore educational robots, smart assistants, recommendation systems, and more, always connecting the theory to real tools teens already see around them.
Ethical thinking is built into the course. We discuss fairness, bias, privacy, and the human impact of AI so teens learn to question technology thoughtfully, not fear it. Introductory programming activities let them experiment with logic and simple code, giving them a first taste of what it feels like to build with technology instead of just consuming it.
Strong keyboarding remains a core advantage for success in high school, college, and future jobs, so we pair AI learning with focused typing practice. Using edClub's Typing Jungle, students work through 600+ lessons, games, and timed activities that track their speed and accuracy. Lesson playback helps them see how their hands move and correct habits, turning slow "hunt-and-peck" typing into confident touch-typing.
By the end of the course, your teen will understand how modern AI works at a foundational level, type efficiently enough to keep up with their ideas, and feel more prepared for advanced coding, web development, or data-focused classes.
